What better way to make your mark at Convention than to have a physical presence during the event, a one-stop-shop for Attendees to come by and network face-to-face with you and your brand? Hosting a Core Space! All Core Spaces are situated between breakout rooms, our Convention Gym and the General Session room—making it impossible for attendees to miss this annually anticipated area.

We strive to make this area unique, fun and most importantly, engaging for the Attendees so that they continue coming back to it over the course of our 3-day event! In order to achieve this, each vendor Core Space must commit to having an element that is:

  • Educational presentations or demos
  • Interactive Contests, Games or Challenges
  • Samples or Giveaways
  • Live Entertainment

** In order to secure your Core Space, you must submit a completed Convention contract and payment. Because Core Space sells out every year, we will not hold or reserve spaces without these two items on file. Contact Alice Holden (Alice.holden@goldsgym.com) to complete your reservations.

  • A/V included. Package comes with a sound system and 2 headset microphones
  • Stage will be provided for the classes.
  • Takeaways and freebies for the attendees are encouraged.
  • This area is standing-room only. Any equipment or accessories required for your program must be supplied, set-up and torn-down by the vendor.
  • Promotional 30 second video posted to the convention website to promote workouts. Deadline to submit video is  May 1, 2021.

BREAKOUT ROOM BRANDING

  • Vendor has the opportunity to provide one breakout room with their own branding, sampling, or theme.
  • The breakout room will be used for education sessions on Tuesday
  • Vendor may offer handouts, have other signage, etc. in the breakout room, at their own cost.
  • Vendor may do giveaways/hold contests between breakouts. Example: Hand out raffle tickets for a future drawing at the vendors main space.
  • Vendor may use the room in between breakouts to talk to Attendees about their product; networking may not interrupt any speakers.

  • Everyone uses pens, especially during Convention week! Have your company logo branded on pens that will be included in the all attendee registration bags. Bags are handed to every attendee as they check in for the event.

  • Your promotional item or sample will be included in the Convention Registration Bag that is handed to every attendee upon event check in.

FLOOR CLINGS

  • Sponsor a custom floor cling with your branded message! Buy one or purchase multiple clings for max exposure during Convention.
  • Cling size is approximately 36W x 36H and will be located in a main, high traffic aisle of the Core or Meeting Space halls—this is the perfect opportunity to brand, message and direct attendees to your Core space. 
  • Final approval and placement of the clings is at the discretion of Gold’s Gym.

HOTEL ROOM KEY CARDS

  • Be the brand every attendee sees first thing in the morning, last thing at night and every other time they enter their hotel room.

SIGNATURE DRINK AT A CORE RECEPTION OR AWARDS NIGHT

  • Whether our attendees want a Vodka Cranberry or just ice water they are still stopping by the bar during our Monday and Tuesday Core Receptions and Award’s Dinner
  • Get your company in front of our attendees by sponsoring a signature drink featured at the meeting space bars during the Core Receptions or Award’s Night Dinner.
  • Vendor has the opportunity to create their own unique concoction or rename a crowd favorite at the discretion of Gold’s Gym
  • Gold’s Gym will provide a sign for each of the bars to promote your signature drink when a guest comes up to order.

  • Rocking chairs not only serve as comfortable places to rest but are also a place where great networking can happen in a relaxed atmosphere.

  • Chair comes with your logo featured on it so everyone will know who to thank for their moment of relaxation.

STABILITY BALL BREAKOUT ROOM

  • Vendor to provide breakout room with approximately 40 stability balls. (Can be shipped back after the Show or donated to a local charity)
  • Room will be utilized for breakouts Monday thru Wednesday.
  • Stability balls will be used instead of chairs.
  • Vendors may use logo’d balls and provide signage/ other items to display in the room at their cost, with the exception of equipment.

WATER BOTTLES

  • It’s important to stay hydrated, especially in the dry Las Vegas summer heat! Help provide convention attendees with the perfect way to keep water on hand at all times.
  • Two Sponsorship Options:
    • Option 1: You provide the branded water bottles and we’ll make sure they get placed into every Registration Bag.
    • Option 2: Let us do all the work for you. Just send us your logo and we’ll take care of the rest.
  • Alternative product placement option: Your water bottles are featured at our Fuel Up Station or next to our water bubbler’s where attendees frequent during the day.

GOLD’S COMPANIONS

  • Service dogs need training in all sorts of tasks…and hanging out in hotels and gyms are two of those tasks.
  • Service dogs will come to your area of The Core for three (3) one-hour stretches of time each day.
  • Attendees can visit and pet the dogs as well as ask the trainers questions.
  • Petting a dog releases endorphins–just like exercise–and who doesn’t need a little stress relief during long Convention days?
  • Vendor may provide logoed doggie gear, treats, etc. to help brand their area.  
  • This activity is something the attendees can watch and learn and then take back and do in their own communities.

Have your staff (or ours) pass out your promotional materials to all attendees as they enter the room for General Session on either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or all 3 days!

MILES / STEP OR HEARTRATE CONTEST

  • Run your own contest – and allow all wearable fitness tracking devices to play.
  • Have attendees come by at the beginning of the Convention to enter the contest and their device.
  • Participants will be encouraged to periodically check in at the sponsor’s booth, where their progress can be tracked on a large leaderboard, also bearing the sponsor’s logo.
  • You can have daily or total prizes or even some silly prizes or achievements to get to.
  • Gold’s will allow one vendor-sponsored mobile app post to promote the game during each day of the convention.
  • Vendor responsible for all additional signage for other games, as well as for all prizes, and rules.

PHOTO / HEADSHOT STATION

  • Everyone needs a fresh headshot for a website, social media, a business card, etc. This station will allow attendees to get theirs updated during the event.
  • Fun group or team pictures can also be taken!
  • All photos will be available on the Convention website after the event free of charge and attendees will receive a link via email to access and download copies of their photos.
  • Backdrops, necessary lighting and the photographer will be coordinated by the Gold’s Gym Events Team.
  • A schedule of hours which the photographer will be working the station will be communicated to you prior to Convention and promoted in the Convention Guide and Mobile App.

PIN & PRIZE

  • Vendor will provide approximately 720 pins of their choice that will be included in the attendee registration bag; we recommend attaching a small instruction card to the pin explaining how to play.
  • With the help of Gold’s Staff, we will give $20 cash prizes to the first 10 attendees we see wearing the pin during the Convention, compliments of your company.  
  • Cash prize amounts and/or alternative prizes must be approved with Gold’s Gym Events Team.

Do you want to support the Convention but can’t find a sponsorship that fits your organization? Your General Meeting Support is a great opportunity for your company to show its support and get recognized in the final program and on signage at the annual meeting. The funds from this sponsorship will be used to support 2020 Convention activities.

  • All content submitted for digital signs is subject to final approval by the Gold’s Gym Event Team.

GOLD’S BEACONS

  • Promote your message without saying a word using beacons.
  • Using Bluetooth technology, our sensors push out a set of notification messages to attendee’s phones while they pass your area – keeping your branded message in front of your audience.
  • Use Beacons to:

    • Redirect traffic at specific times
    • Gaming purposes
    • Facilitate networking

MOBILE APP

  • Smartphone users will download the Convention app to peruse events, create their own schedule, network with other attendees, download presentations, and determine which vendors they want to meet. 
  • The app remains live for several months post-event, where attendees will go to download content.
  • Your logo will appear as the headlining “Mobile App Sponsor” and will also be printed on any mobile app related event signage.
  • App sponsor will get up to 3 promoted posts in the Activity Feed during our convention.
