BREAKOUT ROOM BRANDING
- Vendor has the opportunity to provide one breakout room with their own branding, sampling, or theme.
- The breakout room will be used for education sessions on Tuesday
- Vendor may offer handouts, have other signage, etc. in the breakout room, at their own cost.
- Vendor may do giveaways/hold contests between breakouts. Example: Hand out raffle tickets for a future drawing at the vendors main space.
- Vendor may use the room in between breakouts to talk to Attendees about their product; networking may not interrupt any speakers.

CONVENTION PENS
- Everyone uses pens, especially during Convention week! Have your company logo branded on pens that will be included in the all attendee registration bags. Bags are handed to every attendee as they check in for the event.

FLOOR CLINGS
- Sponsor a custom floor cling with your branded message! Buy one or purchase multiple clings for max exposure during Convention.
- Cling size is approximately 36W x 36H and will be located in a main, high traffic aisle of the Core or Meeting Space halls—this is the perfect opportunity to brand, message and direct attendees to your Core space.
- Final approval and placement of the clings is at the discretion of Gold’s Gym.

HOTEL ROOM KEY CARDS

SIGNATURE DRINK AT A CORE RECEPTION OR AWARDS NIGHT
- Whether our attendees want a Vodka Cranberry or just ice water they are still stopping by the bar during our Monday and Tuesday Core Receptions and Award’s Dinner
- Get your company in front of our attendees by sponsoring a signature drink featured at the meeting space bars during the Core Receptions or Award’s Night Dinner.
- Vendor has the opportunity to create their own unique concoction or rename a crowd favorite at the discretion of Gold’s Gym
- Gold’s Gym will provide a sign for each of the bars to promote your signature drink when a guest comes up to order.

STABILITY BALL BREAKOUT ROOM
- Vendor to provide breakout room with approximately 40 stability balls. (Can be shipped back after the Show or donated to a local charity)
- Room will be utilized for breakouts Monday thru Wednesday.
- Stability balls will be used instead of chairs.
- Vendors may use logo’d balls and provide signage/ other items to display in the room at their cost, with the exception of equipment.

WATER BOTTLES
- It’s important to stay hydrated, especially in the dry Las Vegas summer heat! Help provide convention attendees with the perfect way to keep water on hand at all times.
- Two Sponsorship Options:
- Option 1: You provide the branded water bottles and we’ll make sure they get placed into every Registration Bag.
- Option 2: Let us do all the work for you. Just send us your logo and we’ll take care of the rest.
- Alternative product placement option: Your water bottles are featured at our Fuel Up Station or next to our water bubbler’s where attendees frequent during the day.
