Before joining RSG Group, Sebastian worked in the hospitality industry for Kempinski Hotels, as well as Merlin Entertainments. During his time with Merlin Entertainments, he looked after the site search program in Central and Eastern Europe and designed tourist attractions such as Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE aquariums and LEGOLAND. He has degrees in Tourism Management, attended High School in Athens, TX and Loyola College in Baltimore, MD.
