Information and materials shared at the Gold’s Gym Global Convention are confidential and proprietary and shall not be used or disclosed for any purpose other than the performance of your obligations under your vendor agreement or franchisee agreement (as applicable) with Gold’s Gym and/or its affiliates.

For consideration which I acknowledge, I irrevocably grant to Gold’s Gym International and Gold’s Gym’s assigns, licensees, and successors the right to use my image and name in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. I waive the right to inspect or approve versions of my image used for publication or the written copy that may be used in connection with the images.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing at UME Productions on or before June 1, 2021. Cancellations after June 1, 2021 are non-refundable. Cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $75. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original account within 30 days after the 2021 Gold’s Gym Global Convention.

Name Change Policy: All registrant name changes must be completed before May 17, 2021 and are subject to an administrative fee of $50 per name change.
