The official event dates are July 19 – July 21, 2021.
Who should attend the Gold’s Gym Global Convention?
Attendees include franchisee owners and operators, franchisee gym staff, company leadership staff, and GVP vendors.

The 2020 Convention is located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, 11011 W. Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135.

I plan to drive to the Convention. Where can I park?
Red Rock offers complimentary self-parking and valet for a fee.
When does the Convention open?
For Attendees and Vendors, the first official Convention event is the General Session on Monday, July 19 at 2:00 PM (PST). Note that there may be some pre-convention events for some attendees on Sunday, July 18th.

When does the meeting end?
The Convention officially ends with the Awards Ceremony on the evening of Wednesday, July 21st.
What is the Dress Code?
Standard attire during Convention is business casual. Feel free to wear slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses and most importantly, comfortable shoes! We recommend dressing in layers or carrying a light jacket as temperatures in the meeting rooms can vary. We do not recommend jeans, shorts, or other casual clothes such as t-shirts or sandals unless the activity you’re attending specifically calls for that. For the Awards Dinner & Ceremony, the recommended dress code is cocktail attire or business casual.
Is there an exhibit hall at Convention?
We do not have a traditional tradeshow-style exhibit hall; instead we prefer to call our vendor area “The CORE”; this is where participating vendors can host educational demos, promotional activities with giveaways and samples, and many other fun activities such as photo booths, live entertainment, games and more. The CORE is also where equipment vendors can choose to sponsor gym equipment for actual use in our Early Morning Workout area as well as where attendee lunches are served. What if I want to obtain meeting space at the hotel for a private meeting or event?
If you are interested in renting private function space, you may contact the hotel directly to arrange the details. Your private events may not be held concurrent with any existing Gold’s Gym Convention activities.
Will child care be provided while I am attending the conference?
This Convention provides professional training and education for adults. As a courtesy to other attendees and to prevent any disruptions, children are not allowed to attend convention. Gold’s Gym does not provide child care services during Convention. Attendees requiring this service may contact the hotel concierge for assistance with child care.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
How do I know if I am registered?
All attendees will receive a registration confirmation by email if you registered online. This confirmation is your receipt and verifies your information. If you have questions about your registration, please call or email registration@umeproductions.com or 760-798-2957 ext 112.
What is included in my registration fee?
A Convention registration includes all general sessions, education breakout sessions, lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, access to the vendors in the CORE and the Early Morning Workout Gym, and all special evening events such as the CORE Receptions and Awards Dinner.
How will I receive my badge?
When you arrive on-site, make your way to the event Registration Desk. Be ready to provide proof of identity. There, you will receive your badge and any other Convention-related materials. As a security measure, attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendee badges.

I have a problem or question regarding my registration. Who should I contact?

What if I need to cancel my registration? Cancellations must be received in writing prior to June 1, 2021 and are subject to a $75 admin fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the convention. Refunds will not be given after June 1 nor will they be given for no-shows. Direct further inquiries to registration@umeproductions.com or call 760-798-2957 ext 112.
How do I change the name on my registration?
All registrant name changes must be completed on or before May 17, 2021 and are subject to an administrative fee of $50 per name change. All requests must be sent in writing to registration@umeproductions.com.
What if I need to send someone else in my place?
Attendees may transfer registrations but are subject to an administration fee depending on the registration type. All requests must be sent in writing to registration@umeproductions.com by June 1st.

HOUSING & TRAVEL INFORMATION
Why are attendees and vendors encouraged to book hotel accommodations in the official convention hotel room block?
We have negotiated exclusive discounted room rates for all attendees of the Gold’s Gym Convention in attempt to make your travel expenses more affordable. Staying at the Convention hotel also gives you the opportunity to not only be in the closest proximity to all the activities during the week but will also allow you to continue networking and socializing with other attendees and vendors after Convention hours.
