In this session, we will show you real life examples that present revenue generating opportunities along with some tactics of how to effectively manage and execute your Customer Experience (CX) strategy. This session is geared towards those that are currently on the Medallia Platform.

Kristen has worked for Gold’s Gym for 18 years.  She currently oversees the Member Experience side of Operations, Facilities, Customer Care, Personal Training and GGX for the Company Gyms.  She strongly feels that if members have a positive experience in the gyms, this will help retain our members.  Learn to control the things that you can control like friendliness & cleanliness and make that a focus. 

Kelly Cortinas

Sr Director Franchise Operations, Gold’s Gym

Kelly has worked in the fitness industry for 25 years with 20 of those being with Gold’s Gym. She brings vast knowledge to key areas such as Operations and Sales and can speak from experience having worked in almost every aspect of the gym business.
